Patricia L. Lukaskiewicz

Ware- Patricia L. Lukaskiewicz (74) passed away at Quaboag Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield on July 12, 2022 after a period of declining health due to Multiple Sclerosis.

She leaves her sister-in-law, Nancy Patnaude Lukaskiewicz of Ware; two nephews, William Lukaskiewicz and his wife Sammie of Manistee, MI and Robert Lukaskiewicz and his wife Sharri of Hartford, CT and Montague, MA; a great-niece, Alisa Lukaskiewicz of Hartford, CT and a great-nephew, Owen Toal of Montague, MA. She leaves Mark and Tracie Campbell Lukaskiewicz, both of whom were her caregivers for several years. She also leaves an Aunt Jeanne Lukaskiewicz of West Brookfield, MA and an aunt and uncle, Clarence and Pearl Major of Warren, MA, and several cousins.

She was born on December 4, 1947 in Ware, MA, daughter of the late William and Lydia Lukaskiewicz. Pat was predeceased in 2021 by her brother, Paul.

Pat was a graduate of Ware High School and went on to graduate from Northampton Commercial College. She accepted a job with Farm Credit Banks in Springfield and Agawam, and worked for them until retirement. For several years she operated a business, “Sewing and Such”, producing wood products that she sold from her home and at craft shows throughout the area. She was a member of the Ware Community Theater and All Saints Church.

Graveside funeral services will be private at New St. Williams Cemetery in Ware. Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. in Ware is assisting her family with arrangements.
