James worked in manufacturing for Aztec Company in North Brookfield starting in 1975, until its closure in 1988. He then worked at Kanzaki Paper Company from 1988 until his retirement in 2017.
James was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved the great outdoors, especially taking walks at the Quabbin Reservoir and also enjoyed going on joy rides. He was known as the “fiddling fingers of fate,” because he would take things apart to see how they worked. His grandchildren, however, were his life. He adored them and he will be missed by all who knew him.
