Annette was born to the late William and Herminie (Briere) Vadnais on November 28, 1935 where she grew up spending most of her life on the Vadnais family farm with her 16 brothers and sisters. She devoted her life to her husband, children, and the church. She was married to her husband Edward for 63 years raising their five children with faith and love. As the family grew, she treasured being a Meme to her grandchildren and great grandchildren; watching them grow up and being proud of all their accomplishments. Annette loved activities such as gardening, cooking, crocheting, and walking on the beach. Her real passion was her Catholic faith and the church, where she went to mass daily, prayed the Rosary, read the Bible, and watched endless hours of Catholic television. Annette’s unselfish and compassionate nature gave comfort to all that knew her.
Heartfelt thank you to those who assisted Annette in final days: Dr. Weston and her Oncology team from Baystate Medical, Lana from Visiting Angels, and Juilia and Tom from Baystate Hospice Care. Special thanks to our family angels Carrie, Kathy, Sarah, and Mary Ellen.
